Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to keeping this site usable for everyone. Last updated August 28, 2026.

Our commitment

We want every physician and employer to be able to use this website, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with a single main heading per page, landmark regions, and a “skip to main content” link.
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu and the job board, with visible focus indicators.
  • Colour combinations chosen to meet AA contrast ratios for body text and interface elements.
  • Labels on every form field, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Animation and scroll effects disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
  • Layouts that reflow to 320 px and support text resizing to 200% without loss of content.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful graphics; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

Job postings are written by the employers who submit them, so we cannot guarantee that the wording of every posting meets plain-language standards. If a posting is difficult to read or understand, contact us and we will help.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult to use, we want to hear about it — it is the fastest way for us to fix things. Email hello@prairiephysicianlink.ca or call +1 (780) 555-0199, and tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.

We are also happy to provide any information on this site in another format, or to walk you through it by phone or video.
