A small Edmonton-based team that spends its days talking to physicians and to the communities that need them — and introducing the two.
It started with a gap that shouldn’t exist
Prairie Physician Link grew out of a simple observation: physicians and communities weren’t struggling to find jobs or candidates — they were struggling to find each other.
A clinic in a town of twelve thousand writes an ad that undersells a genuinely good position. A physician three provinces away, who would have loved that town, never sees it. Both sides conclude the market is broken. It isn’t; the introductions are just missing.
We work with physicians and healthcare organizations in every province and territory. Because our work happens over calls, video, and long-running relationships, geography never limits who we can help — and our office being in Edmonton doesn’t mean we only know Alberta.
We keep the practice deliberately small. Fewer conversations, deeper ones — so that when we do refer a physician and an employer to each other, both sides can trust that the introduction means something.

We measure success in physicians still happy in their communities years later — not placements counted.
